How to read this — column definitions
Health — overall 0–100 score: weighted blend of Usage 40%, Billing 25%, Relationship 20%, Account 15% (reweighted if a signal is missing). Tiers: RED <45, YELLOW 45–69, GREEN ≥70. Sorted worst-first. An at-risk override caps an engaged account at YELLOW (or RED if also non-renewing) when it goes quiet ≥4 weeks or usage drops >60% — these were the strongest pre-churn signals in backtesting.
Bill — subscription status + unpaid invoices. Renewing & all paid = 100; each outstanding invoice lowers it (1→85, 2→60, 3→40, 4→25, 5+→15); non-renewing capped low; cancelled = 5.
Use — product engagement, now trajectory-aware: a blend of Level (13-week activity volume, 40%), Trend (recent 4 weeks vs prior 8, 30%) and Recency (weeks since last active, 30%). Replaces the old absolute-volume-only score, which kept fading-but-still-active accounts green until usage hit zero.
Trend — usage direction: recent 4 weeks ÷ prior-8-week rate (DashboardView). → steady (≥0.9), ↓ declining (0.5–0.9), ↓↓ sharp drop (<0.5). ⚠ marks an at-risk override.
Rel — relationship: recency of the last Fireflies call (≤14d→100, ≤30→80, ≤60→55, ≤90→35). Blank if no call found in 90 days.
Acct — contract status from Salesforce (Chargebee subscription status is no longer used): an active contract is graded by days to contract end (>180→90 … ≤30→45); out of contract (no contract on file, or expired/ended) = assumed ~30-day churn risk → 35 and flagged in the Renewal column; contract pending signature = 50; cancelled = 10. An out-of-contract account is also capped at YELLOW (never GREEN), since it can churn on ~30 days' notice.
Open tix — Zendesk support tickets currently open (red if >0; applies a small health penalty).
Tix 90d — Zendesk tickets created in the last 90 days.
Businesses — number of distinct Tenzo business IDs mapped to this logo/account (a logo can span several). Tenzo businesses — their names + IDs (hover for the full list).
Licenses — total sales-license quantity (plan seats) across the account's active subscriptions, i.e. on the latest bill.
Calls 90d — number of Fireflies calls with the account in the last 90 days. Sentiment — overall tone of those calls (positive / neutral / mixed / negative).
